On site construction has now completed with all the internal services and road bases being completed. The site is now ready for building construction to commence. Over the next month, we will be undertaking some works external to the site to complete the stormwater connection to council infrastructure and an upgrade of a water main to be taken from Marion Road. This will ensure the developments water supply. Some other works from service authorities such as APA (gas) and SA Power Networks will also take place to ‘liven’ up the site”.
